Hi All, I request to all never join universal ads media as it is a very big fraud company. I joined this company in the month of Nov. 2014 then left job in the month of Jan. 2015 but till now they have not given my salary as today date is[protected]. In the month of Jan. 2015 sandeep ojha told me very soon you will get your salary not to worry but after few days no body was receiving my call nor giving any reply. On 31-jan.2015 HR - Pooja patel gave me reply over mail UAM will process my F&F after 45-90 days but now its been more then 90 days and no one is giving my mail reply. I asked to HR when you didn't ask my resignation then how come you can release my F&F then after no body have replied till now. This company don't have any process only they gives fake commitment to employee & customers. While working here i have seen that this company was holding all staff salary for 2 months which really unethical and too after giving very good business by all branch. Now i am going to complaint against them & request you all never think to join this company as its just waste of your time & caliber. Regards, Anurag
