I am writing to express my disappointment with the luvlap manual breast pump I purchased from zepto on April 5th. Within less than a month o[censored]se, the product has started malfunctioning. The suction pops out frequently, and the flange does not stick properly, making it extremely difficult and uncomfortable to use.
I contacted their customer care regarding this issue but was told to purchase replacement parts. Frankly, I find this unacceptable. I spent Rs. 600 on this product with the expectation of receiving a reliable and quality tool—especially for something as essential as a breast pump, which plays a crucial role in a mother’s postpartum journey.
Receiving such a dismissive response from your support team only adds to my disappointment. I believe a product should not fail within a few weeks of normal usage, and I expect a resolution under your warranty or replacement policy.
