[Resolved]  Universal Employment Services — Bad Service and NOT returning back Money

Hi Sir/Madam, I also had bad experience with this Universal Employment Services recently. I took their service to look after my father who is a dialysis patient and need some support to move around as he was weak. I asked them for a male nurse who could stay at my home and available 24 hours to look after him. Ms. Ammu from Universal Employment Services got a person named Mr. Lukas next day itself. Although Ammu asked me to monitor his service and then pay full amount, believing that they are professional agency, I paid Rs. 12, 000 in cash as their commission immediately. Lukas was very stylish and was just sitting at sofa without properly attending to my father. He frequently disappears for some time and was very demanding on his lunch/dinner. He wanted A/C to be ON and insisting on seeing his favourite TV channel. He also said he can't do shaving for my father. Although we were accommodating him, but we got very irritated on the 4th night when he didn't attend to my father in the night. My father wanted to go to toilet in the night and called him few times but he was sound asleep. As I was also sleeping in the same room, I woke up and took him to toilet twice in that night. When I asked him why he didn't wake up, he coolly said he wouldn't be able to wake up at night and that agency didn't tell him about this. I called up Mrs. Elizabeth and she was not reachable for several times. So, I had to call Ammu and told her about this irresponsible behaviour and reply from Lukas. They also spoke to him and got same response from Lukas that he can't wake up once he goes to sleep. So, they apologized to me and said they would replace him with some other female nurse. Since we only need a male nurse, I told them to either replace with male nurse or repay my commission. Lukas only stayed for 4 days and we paid for those 4 days to him when he left. Elizabeth said she would definitely send a male nurse in 2 days time. As we didn't get a male nurse after 2 days and couldn't reach Elizabeth although we tried her atleast 10 times in her mobile, we had to take service from another agency as it is critical that my father need a support. After we got this new nurse, 3 days later, we got a call from Elizabeth that new replacement nurse is on the way from Tanjore and he would come directly to our house in the night. But we told her not to send him to our house as we got another nurse already and so she should return back our money. As Elizabeth was not reachable after that, one of my friend met her personally; asked her to take 5 days commission or even a month's and return rest of money. But she abruptly told him that she won't return not even a penny and do what we can do. Request you to take action against this consultancy for not providing the agreed service and help me get back Rs.12, 000 that I paid them.
