They have incorrectly denied our claim and their claim TPA is so rude who just disconnect the call without listening to anything. We have provided a letter from hospital and from Doctor that the claim denial is incorrect, but still no one to listen or care. Please don’t get a policy from them. It is a cheaper policy for a reason. Without claim processing there is no value of insurance. Don’t waste your money on universal Sompoo policy. Lesson learnt that only get a policy from a reputed insurer. I will continue trying and will update my review after a few days if they do the right thing. Policy No. 2825/66498360/00/000.
