Dear Sir,
I had appeared in the examination under the PERIYAR INSTITUTE OF DISTANCE EDUCATION (PRIDE) B.C.A DISTANCE EDUCATION PROGRAMME in Dec of 2010.
My enrollment number is BC10UCA13980005. When I received my marks card for the degree I realized that the middle name on the marks card was missing.
I had applied for a correction in my marks card in the month of April 2012 and was advised by my study center that it would take 3 months. I had made visit on 21st Dec 2012 and submitted an application at your office and I was assured that the marks card would be couriered within a week. It’s been one month now and again on reaching your office I have been told that it will be done within a week.
During the last few months I have made a couple of visits to your office and at every instance I was promised that the mater will be taken care of and yet nothing has happened.
I would request you to please look into this, as the matter is most urgent. If the marks cards are handed over to me then I can initiate the formalities for the provisional certificate also.
