University Grants Commission — About college Leaving Certificate

According to your letter dt- 23 April 2007 no college would permissible to take the original College Leaving Certificate during admission.But still now every college in India except some IIT's are taking the Original CLC and Canceling it with the help of a red pen.If a student want to leave the course then they are demanding the entire course fees. Which seems to be blackmailing and harsing a student.

Again a student has to produce a new CLC for one day or two days of admission.And also if a student fail to produce original CLC during admission then his admission get cancelled. So a Student beers a lot of mental tenson during the admission withdrawal and taking a fresh admission.
