I am ajay kumar taye studying in st anthony's college shillong. I have been selected for the ishan uday scholarship 2016-17 batch. But unfortunately our college authority is unable to upload our documents to ugc since our college hasn't got the link and even college authority doesn't know procedure. Kindly send the necessary link to our college and grant our scholarship.
