University Grants Commission — my college is not giving my original certificate of 10th and 12th

Respected sir,

As i have recently joined the bbc (Ballari business college) and now my dad health is not good n i'm mentally disturbed soo i can't conectarte on my studies because i'm the younger son in my house and my dad is not able to pay the fees of my studies so i have decided to quit the studies..! Soo then i went to my college officials to ask my original certificate (10th, 12th marks card) they are telling us to should pay all the 3 years term fee all about 85-90 thousands pay and take the certificate or else there not going to give to us...!

I hope you understand my problem and help to get out of it
