As per your guidelines none of the University can submit original documents.I am a student of Diploma engineering from Manglaytan university aligarh. This is my second year in this university. I want to seek your attention that University summit my original marksheets of X and XII from last 8-10 months and they are not return it back to me. On demanding the documents they are saying that if I ask them again they will not allow to sit in semester exams. So I request you sir please take an appropriate action regarding this problem. I shall be highly obliged to you.

When student aspect help from ugc... They don't receive the call. Inspite of calling every number provided by them (UGC) almost all are not valid and one number that ringed we called 2-5 times are not received.
