University Grants Commission — sister incharges (nursing) grade pay is lower than staff nurses

Respected sir, i inform you that in amu attached hospital (Jawahar lal nehru hospital and trauma center sister incharges (4200) salry grade pay is lower than staff nurses (4600) but according post wise sister incharges post is higher than staff nurses.
on the other end in bhu attached hospital sister incharges grade pay is 4800 and our grade pay is 4200 (In amu) why, plz solve this problem

As the students of avinashilingam university are suffering from 90% attendance.the students below 90% are not allowed to write the exam unless they pay the fine amount of rs 1000.so please team make a fast action on this issue because the last date foe paying the fine is nov 8 and we are having semester on nov 10
