With due respect, I Shikha Sood student of PGDCA 2013-14 (Distance) Roll No. 1427105 reattempted my first three exams in June 2016. Due to some personal reasons i could not attempt the first three exams in first chance (June 2014). Now when my result is out there is RPFD written in the last. When i visited the university on 18th Nov'2016 they asked me to pay Rs.5000/- as pending dues due to late submission of Exam form. But if my form was late submitted then either it should have been rejected or i should have been intimated to pay the late fee. So it is not my fault. The university executive should be held responsible. There is nothing mentioned in rules regarding the same. Even in other universities executives intimate regarding the issues before releasing the Roll no. sothat the student may decide to attempt the exam.
I can not pay the fee of Rs.5000/- Now i am rest with only one mercy chance in Dec 2016 as there is compartment in one subject. But without DMC i can not fill the for rechecking and reattempt. So Pls. look into this matter and wave off the dues of Rs.5000/- sothat i can fill the form of rechecking or reattemp(mercy chance). Otherwise i will either be forced to appeal to higher authority or lodge a complaint.
