University Institute Of Technology, Burdwan — REFUND Scam case

I got addmition in UIT Burdwan in 2022 through wbjee 2022. After that I also selected through CUTE 2022. When I go there for refund they said to me to write a application and then I submitted. But after 6 months they told me that I would get only 2000 rupees. They told me that I had to submit that refund form before the classes were started. They also said that it's a AICTE rule but you know what it's fraud. They are rich beggars who only know how to stole money of a student and their behavior is just like street dogs. I just told to give the proof but they denied and said that I would get that in website but there is nothing.
Please don't take admission in any university of West Bengal. It's a SCAM they are fraud and they are rich beggars of West Bengal government and they want to destroy the carrier of a student . I had given 44100 rupees and it's not a joke it's a huge amount for a middle class student... It's a one semester fee...
It's really very disgusting and very shameful.
