University Of Swahili — is university of swahili fake?

I have noticed that some people are targeting this university with vested interests.
Their allegation is that this is a fake university and a third rate university because of reasons only known to them.
The beauty in their writing is that they are not a affected party as a student of this university, they simply visualize things as much as their imagination permit and write.

I am basically a researcher and an expert for ugc india. If you personally message me, i would be able to provide all legal clarifications for this university with evidence as a person who has done a research on higher education and education in panama with special reference.

The pros
1. The university is a legal entity.
2. The university has obtained certificate of good standing from the government of panama for the past 5 years.
3. The university degree certificates are duly apostilled by the ministry of government of panama.
4. There is a complaint that the university issues honorary doctorates. I believe it is a global practice.
When i checked it is awarded only to deserving people. When googled i found even a vice chancellor of a ugc recognized university also had been awarded honorary doctorate from this university.
5. On analyzing further i found that these honorary doctorates are award by ministers of state government. I do not think a state minister will award a fake degree in the presence of media.
6. The most interesting fact is uos is a member of inqaahe in which ugc is a member.
7. I found this is a research only university which conducts part time programs.
8. I sent a letter to the university by regular post and got a reply from the university which shows that the address is available. I sent a mail to [protected]@uos. University got a immediate reply.
9. Dhl one of the leading courier service international when inquired said that they have delivered couriers to this university often.
10. I found that there are 36 foundation universities in panama as per government records.
11. I found many students who have already completed are in service as professors in many parts of the world.
12. There are millions o[censored]niversities in the world both real and fake my question is why only this university is targeted, is any competitor has lost business because of this university which is real and has hired people to write?
Cons
1. The university do not have bachelor or master degree programs.
2. The university answers all phone calls through recorded messages. May be due to geographical reasons.

Conclusion
This is just another university which is legal and definitely not a fake university.
