Unknown Caller — unknown calls from jammu & kashmir india

I’m getting calls from unknown numbers from jammu & kashmir
India. When they call their id doesn’t come up in truecaller. Different people call me from their number, its irritating and they don’t speak a word and call only lasts for 9-10 sec. I don’t know what to do. I hope you will do what ever need. The numbers are +[protected],
