Unknown Deduction — Unknown deduction for last few months

Hi icici team,

I want to inform you that From last 3-4 month I am observing that my amount was deducted under this following statements. I am not aware of why am getting all charges from my account? I have asked about bajaj finserve and told me that they are authorized to deduct only EMI loan amount, not any other charges. So, I move to call customer care number ICICI bank. The IVR wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.

Also I have dropped mail to "[protected]@icicibank.com" but no response. I am really fed-up of this deduction. I really don't have an idea from which source this amount is getting deducted.
