Unknown Person — Receiving frequent missed call from [protected]

Hi, This is ramesh. I receiving the missed call from above number around 20 times daily. If I called back they wont' speak, simply keeping silence. Some time they send the message in Hindi {typing in English language} Since I dont' know hindi. I blocked this number from past 6 months. But Still i get notification from software, that I received missed call from this number. Please help me or inform that person to don't make calls.
