We have purchased a few items from the shopping mall UNLIMITED at chikkadpally and the bill was around Rs.6905/-. The management announced an festival offer of some gifts such as Travelling bags, ladies bags etc for those who make purchases of Rs. 6000 and above. At the time of billing, when I asked for the gift which was announced by them, they simply said... The bags are out of stock and they would call us to collect the same whenever they arrive. I was surprised and shocked the casual manner they are responding. This was being told to all other customers also who were eligilble for free gift offer. I asjed them, when you call us to come to collect the gift, will you pay any conveyance charges ...? They replied in negative. I asked them, can you tell me probable date when can I come and collect ? Their response was in negative saying that they are not sure when the stick will be available. All that they are replying is we will call you whenever the stock is available, come and collect at that time.
When I deeply made an analysi s on this, I observed that this is a technique of i) luring customers to make purchases for higher amounts by offering free gifts and thereafter ii) avoiding giving the committed offers by giving lame excuses of NO STOCK. If they cannot maintain sufficient stock of gifts, why they are announcing. A normal customer who made shopping, will again come some other time, wasting his precious time, to collect this gift ? Should the customer remember about this and waste his time in following up tge matter... ? Should the customer waste his money towards coming all the way to & fro, the mall.
The only wrong intention of the management behind playing thus trick is that, the percentage of customers i) who keep safely the bill along with them till they recieve a call from the shopping mall will be very less. ii) Further, if at all they keep the bill, the % of customers who respind to their call by incurring conveyance expenses and their precious time, will be very less... The result us tgat onlyvery few % of customers will be claiming gifts ...
By this, the shopping mall can reduce a lot of expenditure towards free gifts and thereby earn a lot of profit in this manner also.
This is a type of FRAUD and wrong practice being adopted by the shopping mall.
I request you to immediately take stern action against the UNLIMITED shopping mall, chikkadapally, Hyderabad.
If required I am ready to produce the bills for the purchases made by us.

I purchased for 4500 rupess in unlimited chromepet tamil Nadu shop.
They asked me do u want a bag. I said yes they charged me 7rs. I paid.
But I should buy a cover with their brand printed on my cover
