Dont buy hosting from this idiots. They are juts taking away your money and will never provide you any type of support. Austin is their service engineer and he is just giving you fake promises. It will take minimum 10 days once they are facing technical issues to get your hosting up and this will happen 2 time each month so in and all your website will be live only for 10 days in any month.
