I received an sms on my registered mobile of the above transaction. hence i contacted your customer care, my experience the way the handled me was very poor, one of the executives even warned me of the consequences, when i said that this amount will not be paid by me, this is to inform you that if i am forced by your team to pay in my next billing cycle, THEN I AM NOT INTERESTED IN HOLDING YOUR CARD, i never expected a very typical behaviour from your executives, this was my first contact with your executives in last 15 years.
