Uno Minda Battery — Battery under warranty but still dealer/service center not replacing with warranty

I have purchased a Uno Minda motorcycle battery (12MUX-2.5L) on 24 OCT 2020 with warranty card intact and the battery is non functional as of 01 NOV 2021 but dealer and the service center in Bhubaneswar are giving explanation that the battery was an old stock as of 2019 so it cannot be replaced. If it can be replaced they will not give me warranty.

Please look into the matter since i had called on toll free number[protected] and complaint raised is CM[protected].
Service engineer bearing mobile number [protected] assigned is also giving the same excuse and is not cooperating in getting the issue resolved.
