I transferred ₹51711 to unocoin wallet on 23rd november 2017 at around 6 am. The transaction got successful at gateway but after redirection to app, it showed failed. This was to purchase bitcoin worth 50k. They didn't give bitcoin though transaction was completed within the timeout limit of 3 minutes. They said they will refund money on same day. Today i got a mail that refund was processed only yesterday and they need 10 more days. False promises made by them is hurting the customers. I found numerous complaints on various forums with similar experiences. The bitcoin price has increased in the past 1 week by more than 10%. Which means it is a loss of minimum 5 thousand for me. Atleast i would have got interest for the money in my savings account if they had refunded on time. Till date i didn't even get my spent money's refund. This is to be considered as fraud and stringent action needs to be taken on the company. Please help me get this issue addressed and save many people from getting bankrupt.
