We went for lunch to Unplugged Courtyard, Lucknow on 06 Apr 2022. We had a bad experience, we told the mt oremove the wrongly charged 10% service charge. They refused and said they will consider but we cant pay through dine out. We said to kindly remove service charge as it is not part of the bill. The amount mentioned is supposed to be inclusive of service charge. They misbehaved and didnot agree.
