I trust this email finds you well, but I must express my deep disappointment and frustration over an unresolved matter regarding the extended warranty service I purchased for my Lenovo laptop.

On October 1, 2023, I enthusiastically acquired a Lenovo laptop, and in line with your company's offer, I decided to extend the warranty by making a payment of 2999 rupees. While I received an email confirming the successful payment, I'm disheartened to inform you that I have not yet received the warranty certificate, as explicitly promised in your confirmation email.

I've patiently adhered to your requests, understanding that technical issues can occasionally arise. However, it's been an unreasonable 24 days, and the warranty certificate remains elusive. Despite my continuous communication on this matter, I've consistently received the same response: "We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Due to a technical glitch, there has been a delay in updating the warranty. The warranty updation is in progress and will be activated within 7 to 10 working days. Post activation, the warranty certificate will be sent to the registered email address. Hence, we request you to please bear with us in this process."

This response is not only unsatisfactory but also deeply frustrating. It has not only disrupted my peace of mind as a loyal Lenovo customer but also raised concerns about your company's service reliability and efficiency.

I am now compelled to request an immediate and effective resolution to this matter. I insist that the warranty certificate be sent to my registered email address without any further delay. Furthermore, I believe a gesture of goodwill is warranted to compensate for the inconvenience, anxiety, and the substantial time I have invested in following up on this issue.

I implore you to treat this matter with the utmost urgency and professionalism. Please understand that this situation reflects directly on the quality of service Lenovo provides to its valued customers.

In light of the circumstances, I expect a prompt response and a swift resolution to this issue. Failure to address this matter adequately would leave me with no choice but to explore alternative means to seek redress, which I hope will not be necessary.
