Dear sir... Greetings... Own xuv 500 w6 model. It's registration no. Is up32-fe 7821. It's three years warranty got over in december 20, 2016. During the warranty the major issue faced once was related to the functioning of ac. Specifically speaking, the ac developed some snag and cooling got very poor. Hence the vehicle was taken to workshop up motor works (A unit of narain automobiles). On this occasion, i was told by customer care dept. That it was due to malfunctioning of some part which was replaced. Now again i have confronted with the same problem as there was hardly any cooling due to problem in the functioning of ac. I have been just informed by mr. Apurva mishra the customer care manager at the workshop that due to damage or wearing out of some parts like ac foil and other parts etc cooling has been affected... Please note that it's a single hand driven vehicle which has logged just 13000 kms in a little over three years. It appears that there is some inherent manufacturing issue with the functioning of its ac hence the problem of cooling issue with ac has cropped up once again.
Mr. Mishra also informed that it will cost something around rs. 15000. Why should we bear these expenses when the ac malfunctioning has been happening almost at regular intervals since the time of purchase.
Please do the needful to address the problem as company's reputation is also at stake.
