Up Scholarship — Up scholarship amount is still not credited in my bank account

Respected sir,
i am Srijan Srivastava, persuing B.tech (2nd year) from University of Allahabad. i want to complaint about my scholarship i have enrolled in up scholarship and my scholarship is also verified from DWO office on 09/03/2021. but my Scholarship amount is not credited in my account till now.Approx all my batcmate's scholarship amount is credited to their account. I am belong to a poor family and my college fee is totally depends on my Scholarship. I am in general Category please Sir have a look into this matter and try to resolve it i am highly oblidge to you.
