Upack — order not shipped and refund not issued

I have placed order on 13th july 2020 orderid upk[protected], the order has not been shipped yet and when i ask for refund, they give me lame reasons that the order will be shipped as soon as possible. But. That never happened.

Going by the facebook reviews, i have been many more customers facing the same issue, please blacklist this company so that no one else gets cheated by them
