Today is Dec 29 2020 still I have not received any penny from them. Moreover, to get that amount, I tried booking another ticket with them so they can adjust the same amount and they made me pay difference amount later - after paying, they are telling that they have booked tickets in a different name and that too without confirming with me!!. Now I'm unable to talk to customer care even after waiting hours incall, later they just disconnected the call. sometimes when I managed to get connected and talk, they do provide me false promises like getting an amount in 1 hour, 1 day.
