Initially I thought the course is worth for my cousin career development. they asked me to pay Rs25000 to block the seat. I made the payment. After few days they made false promises. an Upgrad employee asked me to take EMI for my cousin because my cousins salary was not enough to take loan. I refused to take EMI loan on behalf of him. so I reached Upgrad website to take my money back there was a refund option. so I proceeded. After two days Upgrad employee called my cousin and said Upgrad is going to take your hard-earned money just like that. there is no refund for you. Through out the conversation with a representative their focus was on money not on students welfare. Atlast Upgrad says to take other course worth of 25000K. Blackmail me with my money. Few things to note the upgrad videos are not downloadable and quality of stream can't be changed. some of the lessons had khan academy links.I am not sure there is live classes. every month i have to pay EMI of 21126/-, since 4 to5 months i am asking for cancellation and refund but they are refusing ... i would like to connect and talk with you on this matter, you may find my grievance /complaints in this forum
