UPRSTC — Booked bus ticket two times

Dear sir,
I booked my two ticket on[protected] agra isbt to kaushambi .when first time I booked my ticket through uprstc site while processing, transaction not successful show on uprstc site screen.but cut my balance rs.692. But there is no sms or mail comes to me for related to ticket book..

Second times I try again, and booking was successful and mail comes to my email I'd for booked ticket confirmation along with seat number.
When I call uprstc customer care for refund my one time balance which is cut, then they told me that you booked ticket twice .I ask for confirmation for two times booking there is no answer for your customer care represented.

Dear sir I request to you that solve this issue and refund my balance rs 692.
