Uprvunl — Lights problem in my area and no one take any responsibility to restore the light

Hi Sir. I am sandeep Chaturvedi form Mandhana Kanpur nagar pin 209217. Mandhana is town near IIT Kanpur .last 20 year I seen this area many people ware came here and promised all facility will be provided once we get government but when I seen that after comming in power no one can take care. What is conditions is our area last 20 year we getting the light only 8 hrs however we can give our vote bjp or sp.but it doesn't matter . Many outside family's bought own home but government didn't provide any facility .. Because thia area is comming under gram panchyat. Why government take this area under municipal . Second Kanpur electricity Bord supply the power in my area and take charged as per usage (last year I have paid 25 thousand rupees) without getting proper light but we have paid all bills government is not take care about the future of younger who having the study and one days exams. How much time required to government to provide proper law and order or power supplies. Please do the needful and understand the pain command People.
