I was refunded an incorrect amount for upsee counselling 2017. I participated 1st and 2nd round counselling. So out of 20000 i should be getting 16000 instead i was returned 14000 i request you to look into the matter. Because i was charged for the round in which i did not take part. There is a refund list of 2016 counselling please provide similar list at official website o[censored]psee.
