[Resolved]  Upstairs Neighbour — Wall dampness caused by constant water leakage from upstairs neighbor

I am residing with my elderly parents in the Devli road, Khanpur, New Delhi. I would like to bring to your attention an important matter that needs to be attended to on an urgent basis.
Instead of so many polite conversation with neighbor, I am still facing severe dampness in kitchen wall. It is deteriorating the wall as well as electrical point running on the same wall. I fear this may become a serious issue in coming days which might turn into a potential electrocution and financially affect me as well.
Seepage of water from our upstairs neighbor's house has been going on for last 2 months. Since the water is leaking from upper flat, your intervention is sought for. We tried to handle it with peace, by making him understand in a very polite manner.
He is not repairing hits pipeline, as we tried to explain it to him through a plumber. When I seek help from a plumber he told me and them that there is a water leakage in their kitchen area which is making all the walls damp and mold.
I am enclosing herewith with photographs of the walls. Therefore, I request you to take immediate action on this to resolve the issue without any further delay.
