Upwards Loan Agency — I have completed my loan, still its showing overdue in my cibil report.

I took laon from Upwards.in on 10/08/2022 of amount 250000/- they sanctioned my loan from Aditya Birla finance Limited.
I got the disbursal of rs. 2, 38, 200/- I paid my first emi to them on 06/09/2022 of rs. 14136.94/-
After that on 13/09/2022 i have paid full amount of rs. 263000/- and foreclosed my loan and in the Upwards application also it was showing foreclosed. But the payment is not updated in my cibil report even todayy loan is showing overdue from last 1 year.
I talked with upwards, but they are keep on saying that they are trying to connect with ABFL but adtya birla is not giving response to them. Because of the miss communication between upwards and Aditya birla finance my laon is still active and shoeing as overdue.
I paid the full amount still my cibil report is shoing negative account of mine.
I request you to please take action against upwards laons and aditya birla finance both.
