I Pallavi Naik bought a residential plot (Plot No.98) in UR Castles, Accent Properties and registered it on 7th September 2014.
As per the BMRDA he is supposed to give is the EC and Khata documents for the plot however even after 8 months there is no response from Ramesh Reddy and people at Ascent properties after the registration.
They don't respond to phone calls and emails since I am located in Pune. Moreover Babu Reddy from Ascent properties has the audacity to shout at customers and say do whatever you want to do we don't care.
I have been duped of my money in this fraud deal. Hence I am hereby lodging a complaint against Ashok reddy and Ravindra Reddy o[censored]R castles project, Accent Properties for the incomplete documents and forgery act.
