Do you have any regard for your customers, or are we merely pawns in your game? I demand an explanation. It's long overdue for a customer to take this matter to the consumer court against Urban Co. This recurring pattern of last-minute cancellations is beyond infuriating. Professionals claim they'll be late and then suddenly cancel. Despite the Urban Co. team promising better service last time, we find ourselves right back at square one today. It seems impossible to reach anyone, as the customer service is essentially robotic, offering no assistance beyond "let me revert." I expect a comprehensive explanation within the next 24 hours.
