I had raised a washing machine repair request on 11 May 2026, and the machine was repaired with the installation of 4 new damper rods, for which I made the required payment. I was informed that the repair warranty is valid until 25 November 2026.
However, the same issue reoccurred on 15 July 2026. Although a service technician visited, the complaint was closed after two days without resolving the problem. Subsequently, I raised another complaint on 18 July 2026, but there has been no proper action taken. The complaint status is repeatedly being marked as "Paused", and I have not received any response or update from Urban Company.
Due to this unresolved issue, I have been facing considerable inconvenience and difficulties in my daily routine. Despite being under warranty, the issue remains unresolved, and the lack of timely support is extremely disappointing.
I request you to treat this matter as a serious complaint and take immediate action against the concerned service team. Kindly ensure that the washing machine issue is resolved at the earliest without any further delays.
