I am UC Plus member for nearly two years . I had booked on 13th Nov for Hair cut plus Hair color service at home for 10 AM on 14th Nov. The booking was confirmed . Mr Salman was assigned the job. At 7 minutes past 10 PM on 13th Nov, I got a call from Mr Salman that he can not come at 10 M as his father has to use his bike in the morning . He wanted me to cancel or postpone the booking. I said right now, when I have retired to bed and made my plans for Sunday, I can not start the process all over again . Any way, I got up and rescheduled the booking to 4.30 pm on 14th . This was confirmed .
After finishing my work for the day on 14th ( a Sunday ) I came back home and slept for an hour to get up at 4.15 . I waited for the professional but again he did not turn up . When I contacted him, he said he was waiting for a confirmation .
I think it is very unprofessional to waste my sunday like this . My money paid Rs 768 is also gone .
