I am Dealer O[censored]rban Vedics Company from last 8 Month I have Invested 50000/- for dealership and also receive material packages. They promise me To provide online lead and order but they failed all order are returns from customer and waste my delivery charges to shoprocket paid by me only 2 order cod dispatch successfully after they ignore my msg call .and before 4 days they provide me lead of 4 product unfortunately the order is prepaid means customer already paid to urban vedic they instructed me to deliver the product to customer via shiprocket and also request to recharge shiprocket account rs 500/- they creat order and same day i personally dispatched the order to delhivery courier services the order value is 10000/- . Yesterday the order deliver successfully and i have call to vedic care customer care for settlement of the product amount to me but they again start ignoring my msg call and false commitment sir i m really stressed because of the company and i in big loss of rs 65000/- till date so plz give justice my contact no [protected] Was this information helpful? |
