Urbancouch — Coffee table worth Rs 8500 not delivered inspite of having prepaid and 2 month s passed

I had placed a prepaid order for center table worth Rs 8500 on urbancouch.in on 15th september.
As matter of prudence after few days i called them for knowing progress of it.
They said to email them with order id and date of placing order. I did the same .
However no reply was received from them after that. They dont pick calls. I trolled them on twitter for it and then after few minutes i received an intimation on 5th oct that my order has been shipped.
Till today, there is no progress to shipping status of order and i have not received it. No one picks up the call.
