I have recently bought a watch from the website urbanhug.in, they sell replica watches. Their business contact was a whats app number.
I was initially suspicious, but since the whats app contact was responding I assumed it to be genuine. I placed the order and awaited product shipment, the business number replied the shipment was done, but the order ID on the website mentioned shipping not done.
I waited almost 2 months and after lot of follow-up and no response i decided to raise it in the community for help.
