Urbanrise Comapany — Cancellation done in July 2022 but still did not receive my refund.

Hi I am Lakshmi narayana Malempati.

I have cancelled my flat booking at Urbanrise happening heights. Cancellation done in July 2022, till now my amount is not refunded. Please help me how to get my refund. Manager and sales person have been saying that i will get refund for the last 7 months. And they are saying go and contact office in Madhapur.
