I purchased an electric brush cleaner scrubber for rs 2990/- on 28th jan and received the same on 31st jan 2020. I paid cash on delivery. On opening the packet i found that the extension rod does not fit into the slot so as to lock the same. I sent a complaint via e-mail to [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com on the same day of receipt. As per their terms mentioned in the site, they expect me to ship the entire product to them at delhi address at my own cost and they may replace it after a few days but no guarantee that the replaced product will function properly. I reside at mumbai and asked them in what way they could help me but there is no response at all. The phone no mentioned is not available. I expect a replacement of the part or a refund for the product. No gst invoice received
