I brought a laptop from UsedYetNew about a month ago. I trusted based on the 5-star rating they had. Initially they approached that they will bribe me a laptop bag if I gave them a 5-star rating. But I ignored it, but they reached me twice to give 5-star rating. After a month the battery stopped working and mouse touchpad become insensitive. I contacted their Support and also warranty numbers for almost a week but no one picked up. They sell Low-grade laptops and increase their rating in Amazon by bribing laptop bag.
