Usha Gas Service — delay in delivery and weight irregularities

I had booked my cylinder from the above said agency on 02/02/19 and after delay of 10 days, agency sent under weight cylinder today i. E. 12/02/19. When i asked from delivery boy about this under weight cylinder he replied that 'wha se itna hi ata h'.

This has become thier regular practice as i mentioned above and it cause mental agony and trauma to me and my whole family.

I request you to look into the matter and take appropriate action against this erring agency (Above said agency).
