Ut Enterprise Aurangabad — Threatening with the court case

Dear Sir/Mam,

I unknowingly got indulge with this company in September 2019 and worked for a month but then after providing services for the first period where I submitted 1500 forms I got to know that I didn't comply with their criteria for eligibility to receive payment for the work done. And as a consequence of this I have to pay 4500 rupees as compensation to the company.
Since they were threatening me with a court case in fear i paid them compensation of 4000 at that time in return of which they will rectify all the incorrect forms and then I will be eligible to get the compensation from the company. But this didn't happen. Even after paying the compensation of 4000/- we didn't receive as a single penny and they even blocked my number due to which I wasn't able to contact them anymore.

Now again today on August 5, 2020, I received a call from an advocate of the company where they are threatening us again with a court case for not serving the company for the period as decided in the company.
But the company is not eligible to make sue us as they haven't paid us a single penny even for the work that we had done

Please help me with this.
