This is regarding the non-payment of the Interest warrant and maturity
value of Rs. 4500/- towards ARS bond on maturity on 1.4.2009. This bond was
taken by the Library staff Association of the Legislature Secretariat, Trivandrum on the sad
demise of my mother when I was about one month old as a consolation. On
maturity of the Bond my father had submitted all required documents to encash
the maturity amount. No result yielded. Thereafter my father Shri. Robinson
David died. After that I had submitted all the details and documents vide my
letter dated 23.4.2012, 18.8.2012 and 19.12.2012 to your office. So far nothing
has been heard. It is astonishing to note the redtapisam and technicalities on
the release of a small sum being the maturity amount of an ARS Bond deposited
as consolation. Who is answerable to this unnecessary delay. Do you have
provision to settle the issue?.
