Uti Pan — correction in name at uti records

sir/madam i made a PAN Card online 27 march 2013. The name on application form no. [protected] is REENA BHATIA and the same was processed to onward for further dispatched to uti and online income tax records. I got the PAN card APKPB6050N with same name subsequently i.e. REENA BHATIA and all other inputs were right. Now when i went to open acc in bank they r telling the Name with this PAN no is REENA DEVI BHATIA. So i checked the name in uti and income tax site it is showing REENA DEVI BHATIA which wrong and not as per PAN CARD as well as applied form. But in NSDL site the name shows as per applied form. i asked NSDL cus care they told me that this is mistake by uti as we forwarded the same records with name REENA BHATIA. No of conversation held between me and cus care and even emails too. but in vain. i do not want correct my name in PAN Card as it is as per my name, but i want it should be corrected in their records which is wrongly fed.
