APPLICATION NO-N[protected]
I applied for pan card through their UTIISL Pan card portal and paid the required fees through my debit card and when i proceed to complete the form for ekyc verification through aadhar the error message pop up stated that error in getting ekyc detail.I thought it must have been a technical issue but 7-8 days past the error remane same and also wrote to UIITSL customer care but there is also no reply from there.
I want refund for my paid amount.
