Utiitsl (pan.utiitsl.com) — Request for Refund PAN Application Rejected due to UID Demographic Authentication Mismatch

Dear Sir/Madam,

I applied for a new PAN card through the UTIITSL online portal and paid the application fee.

My application was rejected with the following message:

"Your Digital PAN application is rejected as UID Demographic Authentication Mismatch. Please apply PAN application through physical submission mode."

Since the online application could not be processed and I have been instructed to submit a fresh physical application, I request a refund of the application fee paid.
