I had called up Flytech to enquire about mosquito mesh fixing in my house and the manager, Roy George (I think that is the correct name), was awful in customer service. I asked him how much it would cost and he said Rs. 190/sqft and I asked why because I had come across other meshes for Rs. 40/sqft and he immediately said thank you, bye. I asked him if this is the way he deals with customers and he hung up and did not receive calls after that. I heard later that he is bad tempered most of the time. However, they have a fancy website saying that they will give a free home demo etc as if they are customer friendly. Please do not get misled by it and beware if you are going to deal with Flytech!
